easyJet Airline Company Limited (‘easyJet’) provides flights for easyJet Holidays as principal and is disclosed agent for travel insurance, car rental and airport parking.  In addition, easyJet takes all payments relating to easyJet Holidays bookings. AG arranges accommodation and transfers for easyJet Holidays as disclosed agent for third party suppliers.


Although easyJet and AG are independent of one another, the two parties have agreed to a common privacy policy for the purposes of easyJet Holidays.


As a result of this agreement for the purposes of the Privacy Policy, easyJet and AG ('Lowcostbeds') are hereinafter together referred to as 'We', 'Us' or 'Our'.


We are committed to protecting your privacy, and take Our responsibilities regarding the security of customer information very seriously. This policy explains how We use any customer information collected from you or provided by you to Us and how We protect your privacy.


For the purposes of the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998 (the 'Acts'), either easyJet or Lowcostbeds may act as the data controller, depending on the purpose of the processing and the intended use of the data. 

1. Use of Customer Information

We require certain information to allow Us to process your booking. We collect the details provided by you (e.g. by completing online forms and during any registration process), together with information We learn about you from your use of Our services and your visits to the website and other sites accessible from them (e.g. your IP address, operating system, browser type, etc). We also collect information about the transactions you undertake including details of payment cards used.

We may collect additional information in connection with your participation in any promotions or competitions offered by Us and information you provide when giving Us feedback or when raising complaints or queries.

We may also allow access to your information by other third parties who act for Us for the purposes set out in this policy or for other purposes approved by you.

It is possible that your data may be transferred, stored and processed outside of Europe by Us or Our partners (for example accommodation providers).

2. Site tracking

We use tracking software to monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help Us develop the design and layout of the site to better meet the needs of visitors to This software does not enable Us to capture any personally identifying information.

3. Security to protect your information and data retention

When you book a holiday or enter personally identifying information, your details are transmitted across the internet securely using high-grade encryption (128 bit). Whilst We will take the utmost care to protect personal data, We cannot guarantee the security applied to information before it reaches Our website.

Furthermore, as required by the Acts , We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given Us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that We may request proof of identity before We are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

In the circumstances set out in this policy where We pass your information to a third party, We will ensure that the security measures that such party has in place in relation to the processing of your data are at least as stringent as those employed by Us. We may pass on your information to other third parties with respect to providing the other constituent parts of your holiday such as airport parking, airport transfers, travel insurance and car rental as is set out in your booking terms and conditions. We or Our partners may also send you details of other products which We think may be of interest.

We may pass your personal data onto government authorities or enforcement bodies, including the Civil Aviation Authority for the purposes of ensuring compliance with any and all applicable legal and regulatory obligations e.g. for compliance with Advanced Passenger Information requirements.

From time to time, We make certain third party offers available through the website. If you choose to accept such an offer, We will disclose your contact and billing information to the third party who made the offer available to you.

We may pass personal data, which includes information about your method of payment and flight booking, to the credit or debit card company that issued the card with which you made your booking.
